Erasmus+ KA122 projeleri, k\u0131sa d\u00f6nemli \u00f6\u011frenci ve \u00f6\u011fretmen hareketlili\u011fini destekleyerek k\u00fclt\u00fcrleraras\u0131 etkile\u015fim, dil becerilerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi ve mesleki geli\u015fim f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sunmaktad\u0131r. Erasmus+KA210 projeleri ise daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli ortakl\u0131klarla yenilik\u00e7i ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlar geli\u015ftirmeyi hedeflemektedir. Projelerin \u00f6\u011frencilere sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 faydalar aras\u0131nda akademik ba\u015far\u0131, ele\u015ftirel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme becerilerinin geli\u015fimi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrt\u00fcrel ilerlemenin yan\u0131nda uluslararas\u0131 bir vizyon kazanmada sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. \u00d6\u011fretmenler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ise Erasmus+ projeleri, mesleki geli\u015fimlerine katk\u0131 sa\u011flamakta, yenilik\u00e7i pedagojik yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme ve uygulama f\u0131rsat\u0131 sunmaktad\u0131r. Bu projeler ayr\u0131ca e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n uluslararas\u0131 i\u015fbirliklerini art\u0131rarak dijitalle\u015fme, \u00e7evresel s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik ve inovasyon gibi \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f e\u011fitim konular\u0131nda kapasitelerini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmelerine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. Erasmus+ projeleri sayesinde farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerle etkile\u015fim kuran \u00f6\u011frenciler, sosyal becerilerini geli\u015ftirirken, \u00f6\u011fretmenler yenilik\u00e7i \u00f6\u011fretim y\u00f6ntemlerini kendi s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131na ve kendi e\u011fitim m\u00fcfredatlar\u0131na entegre etmektedirler. Ayr\u0131ca, projeler kapsam\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilen dijital materyaller ve e\u011fitim ara\u00e7lar\u0131, kapsay\u0131c\u0131 ve eri\u015filebilir bir \u00f6\u011frenme ortam\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Dezavantajl\u0131 gruplar i\u00e7in sunulan f\u0131rsatlar sayesinde bu guruptaki \u00f6\u011frencilerin e\u011fitim kalitesini y\u00fckseltmektedir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda nitel ara\u015ft\u0131rma y\u00f6ntemi tercih edilmi\u015ftir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n verileri, 10 \u00f6\u011fretmenden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme formu arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla toplanm\u0131\u015f ve elde edilen veriler tematik analiz y\u00f6ntemi kullan\u0131larak incelenmi\u015ftir. Tematik analiz s\u00fcrecinde, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme verileri dikkatlice kodlanm\u0131\u015f, belirgin temalar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve bu temalar aras\u0131nda ili\u015fkilere odaklan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Analiz s\u00fcreci, hem betimleyici hem de yorumlay\u0131c\u0131 bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f olup, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinin derinlemesine incelenmesine olanak tan\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Elde edilen bulgular, ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n amac\u0131na uygun olarak yorumlanm\u0131\u015f ve literat\u00fcrdeki mevcut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla desteklenmi\u015ftir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n bulgular\u0131na g\u00f6re, Erasmus+ KA122 ve KA210 projelerinin \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin mesleki geli\u015fiminden \u00f6\u011frencilerin sosyal ve akademik becerilerine, e\u011fitim sistemlerinde yenilik\u00e7ilik ve dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmden dezavantajl\u0131 gruplara f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi sa\u011flamaya kadar bir\u00e7ok alanda \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sundu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.
