Nitel ara\u015ft\u0131rma yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 do\u011frultusunda tasarlanan bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmada olgubilim deseni kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma grubunu ortaokul ve lisede okuyan 18 \u00f6\u011frenci, bu \u00f6\u011frencilerin \u00f6\u011fretmen ve velileri olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Okullarda \u00f6\u011fretmenleri belirlemek i\u00e7in nitel ara\u015ft\u0131rma gelene\u011fine uygun ama\u00e7l\u0131 \u00f6rneklem y\u00f6ntemlerinden kolay ula\u015f\u0131labilir \u00f6rnekleme y\u00f6ntemine uygun olarak e\u011fitim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131ndan \u00f6rneklem se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca ara\u015ft\u0131rmada \u00f6\u011fretmenin ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenciye katk\u0131lar\u0131 rehberlik yapma, motivasyonu art\u0131rma, kaynak kitap temini, derste ilgilenme, konu\u015fma, d\u00fczenli, planl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazand\u0131rma, ders d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ilgilenme, bireysel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, kitap okumalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flama, olumlu davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 peki\u015ftirme, problemlerini payla\u015fma, okul ortam\u0131nda sevildi\u011fini hissettirme, e\u011flenceli e\u011fitim ortam\u0131 olu\u015fturma hak etti\u011fi de\u011feri verme, \u00f6\u011fretmen veli ili\u015fkisinden yararlanma oldu\u011fu belirlenmi\u015ftir.
