Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n evrenini, 2023-2024 e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda devlet okullar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapan toplam \u00f6\u011fretmenler olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00f6rneklemini ise evrende yer alan \u00f6\u011fretmenler aras\u0131ndan kolayda \u00f6rnekleme y\u00f6ntemi ile belirlenen 250 \u00f6\u011fretmen olu\u015fturmakt\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada veri toplama arac\u0131 olarak anket formu kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Anket formunun birinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n ki\u015fisel bilgilerini belirlemeye y\u00f6nelik ki\u015fisel bilgi formu, ikinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde 35 madde ve 3 alt boyuttan olu\u015fan \u201cOkul M\u00fcd\u00fcrleri Liderlik Stili \u00d6l\u00e7e\u011fi\u201d, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00f6l\u00fcmde ise 18 madde ve \u00fc\u00e7 boyuttan olu\u015fan \u201c\u00d6rg\u00fctsel Ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k \u00d6l\u00e7e\u011fi\u201d yer almaktad\u0131r. \u0130lgili veri toplama ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ile toplanan verilerin normal da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m g\u00f6stermesi nedeni ile veriler parametrik testlerden Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00d6rneklemler t-Testi, ANOVA ve Pearson Korelasyon analizi ile analiz edilmi\u015ftir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin \u00f6rg\u00fctsel ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k alg\u0131lar\u0131 ile lidelik stilllerine ili\u015fkin alg\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda anlaml\u0131 bir ili\u015fki oldu\u011fu belirlenmi\u015ftir. Belirlenen anlaml\u0131 ili\u015fkin pozitif y\u00f6nl\u00fc oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir.
