Ara\u015ft\u0131rma bulgular\u0131na g\u00f6re ilkokul \u00f6\u011fretmenlerine g\u00f6re okul y\u00f6neticilerinin ilgisiz, otoriter ve demokratik y\u00f6netim tarz\u0131 ortalamalar\u0131n\u0131n \u201c\u00c7ok Kat\u0131l\u0131yorum\u201d d\u00fczeyinde y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu, genel olarak y\u00f6netim tarz\u0131 boyut ortalamalar\u0131n\u0131n birbirine \u00e7ok yak\u0131n oldu\u011fu ancak okul y\u00f6neticilerinin daha \u00e7ok ilgisiz ve otoriter y\u00f6netim tarz\u0131 sergiledi\u011fi, cinsiyet, medeni durum, e\u011fitim durumu fakt\u00f6rlerine g\u00f6re istatistiksel olarak farkl\u0131l\u0131k olu\u015fmazken ya\u015f ve k\u0131dem fakt\u00f6rlerine g\u00f6re istatistiksel olarak farkl\u0131l\u0131k olu\u015ftu\u011fu sonucuna ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
