Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n evrenini, 2023-2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda devlet okullar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapan okul y\u00f6neticileri olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n \u00f6rneklemini ise evrende yer alan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131ndan olas\u0131l\u0131\u011fa dayal\u0131 \u00f6rneklem t\u00fcrlerinden olan \u201cBasit Se\u00e7kisiz \u00d6rnekleme\u201d y\u00f6ntemi ile belirlenmi\u015f 285 okul y\u00f6neticisi olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmada veri toplamak i\u00e7in \u00fc\u00e7 veri toplama arac\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Veri toplama ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n ilki okul y\u00f6neticilerinin demografik \u00f6zelliklerini tespit etmek i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanan \u201cKi\u015fisel Bilgi Formu\u201d; ikincisi okul y\u00f6neticilerinin mesleki doyumlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczeyini belirlemek i\u00e7in \u201cMesleki Doyum \u00d6l\u00e7e\u011fi\u201d, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc okul y\u00f6neticilerinin i\u015f performanslar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek i\u00e7in \u201c\u0130\u015f Performans\u0131 \u00d6l\u00e7e\u011fi\u201d \u015feklindedir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada veri toplama ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ile toplanan veriler, SPSS 25 paket program\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla analiz edilmi\u015ftir. Veri analizinde ara\u015ft\u0131rma verilerinin normal da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m sergiledi\u011fi belirlendi\u011finden, parametrik testlerle analiz yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada okul y\u00f6neticilerinin mesleki doyumlar\u0131 ve i\u015f performans\u0131 alg\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda pozitif y\u00f6nl\u00fc orta d\u00fczeyde anlaml\u0131 bir ili\u015fki oldu\u011fu sonucuna eri\u015filmi\u015ftir.
